S= Sleep time- Try to have a regular bed time, and give yourself enough time for sleep.
L= Light- Limit exposure to bright light, including computer/ I pad screens, the last hour or so before bedtime.
E= Environment- Keep your sleep environment dark, quiet, and comfortable.
E= Exercise- Daily exercise will help you sleep more deeply and is good for you on a bunch of other levels too.
P= Priority- Make sleep a priority! Sleep is one of the 3 pillars of good health along with nutrition and exercise. Sleep is the pillar that gets sacrificed the most.
