Let’s Talk About Sleep Hygiene
S= Sleep time – Try to have a regular bed time, and give yourself enough time for sleep.
L= Light – Limit exposure to bright light, including computer or tablet screens, the last hour or so before bedtime.
E= Environment – Keep your sleep environment dark, quiet, and comfortable.
E= Exercise – Daily exercise will help you sleep more deeply and is good for you on a bunch of other levels too.
P= Priority – Make sleep a priority! Sleep is one of the 3 pillars of good health along with nutrition and exercise. Sleep is the pillar that gets sacrificed the most.
